As a fashion designer Volunteer,intern, you will be introduced to fashion houses where you can learn and upgrade yourself. The project is based in the capital city, Accra, with shops, banks & Internet cafes nearby.
This vibrant city is renowned for its friendly atmosphere where visitors are always welcome. It's full of contrasts: from traditional culture and history to modern infrastructure.
Special requirements: No particular expertise or skills required. Participants should have a positive attitude, be ready to adopt and enjoy simple living conditions, be flexible and patient. However, specialized skills and expertise will be used accordingly.
Your activities will depend largely on your experience, but may include helping design different collection of unique African outfits for models such as traditional wear, beach wear, formal wear, as well as evening wear. Attending colorful fashion shows, visiting garment producing companies and a whole range of activities.
